These forks can be beautifully paired with our chakra healing crystals. By placing the crystals on your chakra point you can hit the fork and either point in the direction of the crystal or place the base of the fork on the stone, known as stemming. You can also wave the fork in the general direction of the area you need to influence or stem by placing the base of the fork directly on the skin. Comes with hammer.
